Regardless after getting in touch with them I was able to get everything sorted out. If you need support from them quickly I would advise coming here to reach out before emailing them as their response time here is very quick and it seems their live chat feature doesn't like to load for more users than just myself. Will be making my deposit to verify my crypto wallet later today so I can withdraw using coindraw. Had some issues verifying my identity at first but it looks like Royal Ace had got it sorted out after checking status this am.
